Sales conditions, returns, and refunds
Purchases made on the site of Yo Soy Otro by Lucia Amadori are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales.
The product will be shipped as soon as the actual payment is received and will be notified via email.
Please provide an address where someone is always available to receive the package. The surname indicated must match the one on the doorbell of the residence. If the courier cannot find the name, they will return the package to the sender with the note “unknown address”.
Also, add a phone number to your details. Always include the postal code.
You will be able to track the status of the shipment directly on the courier's website using the code that will be communicated by the carrier via SMS after the order is sent.
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (in accordance with the Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999) by returning the purchased product and requesting a replacement or refund. Our return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be contained in the original packaging.
Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please kindly follow the guided Procedure of Shopify.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damages or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and resolve it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or customized items.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
The creations Yo Soy Otro are made as microcapsules in limited series and are not custom-made. Special or customized orders for bijoux may be considered, depending on technical feasibility and material availability. For dedicated requests, contact us via email at info@yosoyotro.it.
REPLACEMENTS
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Yo Soy Otro products are made in artisanal micro-series, each item is available in limited quantities. For this reason, replacements can only occur after verifying the availability of the requested product. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you can select another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Any manufacturing defect will be assessed upon presentation of valid proof of purchase. Once verified, we will contact the Customer directly regarding methods and timing.
Each creation is handcrafted: slight variations or natural differences in materials do not constitute a defect, but a distinctive feature of the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification.

Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days.
It may take some time for the bank or the credit card company to process and make the refund visible. If more than 15 working days pass since the return approval, please contact us at info@yosoyotro.it.
